I will start off by saying that I’ve been using this product for over 2 yrs. now & it has been the only supplement that works for me. I’ve tried them all Acnetame, ClearZine, whatever u name tried it with no lick of making my situation better. Wasted months & money to only recover by switching back to Murad pills. I use them with the Differn Gel system. I’m not %100 clear but I’m definitely not suffering from the adult acne that started about 4 yrs ago. I get about 1-2 pimples every month near my cycle but not the whole breakout. This has been a life saver... hope this helps
