Signed up, did survey. Got sent an email that said will up date every week. Haven't seen anything new in 2 weeks. Haven't gotten any news on boxes and/or samples. Uninstalling... Tried this app again. Had it between Nov 2024 until now March 2025, like many other people, I hear and see nothing going on with this app. I open it about once a week to see if anything is going on and nothing.. it makes no sense to never hear anything ever. I'm not trying again. Unstalling again.

The app NEVER sends me notifications (and says it won't in the settings- not something I can change). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing everything, but that didn't help. I've gotten 1 box in over a year and missed out on 6 others because all were claimed by the time I found out about them from other people, or they didn't show up in my app until it was too late! It's nice to get free products, but I wish they would e-mail you when a box is available. The Android app is USELESS!!

Update: I fully canceled my account, uninstalled the app and downloaded again. Only to miss ANOTHER box, which appeared in the middle of the night with no notification. Reached out over the feedback tab AND Facebook to complete silence. Unreal. The app USED to be great. Unfortunately as soon as the last 3 boxes were posted they were marked "all claimed" without ever even notifying that they had been posted. I'm through checking constantly only to be dissappointed every single time.
