来拿赔偿！Deep River 薯片塌房？惨遭集体诉讼！
背景故事
Deep River 是一款在美国很流行到处可见的薯片。他们家很长时间内在包装上都会写着“Non-GMO Ingredients” （非转基因原料）的字样。原告认为这些字样给消费者留下了这个宣传是经过第三方认证的印象，其实“Non-GMO Ingredients” 的宣传并没有经过第三方的认证。
目前 Deep River 的母公司 Old Lyme Gourmet Co. 已经和原告达成和解，并愿意对过去一段时间内购买过 Deep River 薯片的消费者进行赔偿。
符合条件
- 在 2017 年2 月 2 日 至 2024 年 12 月 6 日之间购买过印有“Non-GMO Ingreidents”的 Deep River 薯片
- 必须是个人/家庭消费，商业采购或转售等商业行为不可参加
赔偿方案
以下的暂定的赔偿方案：
- 有小票/购买证明：首件赔偿$5，第二件开始$0.5/件
- 无小票/购买证明：首件赔偿$5，第二件开始$0.5/件（最多 10 件）
