Walmart的称重产品，比如牛肉，羊肉，鱼，袋装柑橘等等，宣传的价格有时候会比实际顾客付的价格的要低。也就是说误导消费者导致大家多付钱了！

符合条件

• 在2018年10月19日 至 2024年1月19日之间在Walmart实体店购买过符合条件的产品的顾客
• 符合的称重产品如下：Beef牛肉: Beef Brisket, Corned Beef, Ground Beef and Patties, Beef Ribs, and Beef Roast, Steak, and Tenderloin. Chicken鸡肉: Chicken Breast, Tenders, Drumsticks, Legs, Thighs, and Wings, Ground Chicken and Patties, and Whole, Half, Quarter Chickens. Turkey火鸡: Turkey Breast, Tenders, Tenderloin, Drumsticks, Legs, Thighs, and Wings, Whole, Half, Quarter Turkeys, and Ground Turkey and Patties. Pork猪肉: Pork Roast, Brisket, Chops, Loin, Tenderloin, Ground Pork, Pork Ribs, Pork Belly, and Pork Sausage. Lamb羊肉: Lamb Chops, Roast, Rack, and Breast. Veal小牛肉: Veal Chop, Roast, and Rack; Ham火腿: Ham Hocks, Jowl, and Neckbones, and Whole, Half, Quarter Hams. Seafood海鲜: Catfish, Cod, Flounder, Tilapia, Halibut, Grouper, Salmon, Shellfish, Trout and Tuna.  The Bagged Citrus products are袋装柑橘类产品: Bagged Navel Oranges (3lb/5lb); Bagged Organic Oranges (3lb); Bagged Organic Grapefruit (4lb); and Bagged Tangerines (2lb).

提交Claim

目前Walmart已经和原告达成和解，愿意支付4500万美金。赔偿标准如下，

• 如果你有小票，可赔偿产品金额的2%，最多$500
• 如果你没有小票，标准如下：
  • 如果购买50件及以下可获赔$10
  • 如果购买51 – 75件可获赔$15
  • 如果购买76 – 100件可获赔$20
  • 如果购买101件及以上可获赔$25

• 截止日期：2024年6月5日
